Sneak up to them and dispatch her using your knife. He is present in the “One Hell of a Night” mission, talking to a gunslinger at the town’s woodworks. Get some allies and beat both of them to death with your fists. The next Dev is Tody “Leisurly” Dalton, featured in the “Lousiana Voodoo” mission. In the same mission, you will find your next target, Ray Farewell. You will find him standing atop a cabin, armed. You can climb up to the roof, sneak up behind him and dispatch him. Your next target is Calamity Cem, featured in the mission “Dirt and Blood.” You will find her in town speaking to two guys in the street. Try to divert the men’s attention, and then aim straight for Cem and kill her. In the same mission, you will find the next Dev you have to kill: Detective Mo Von Presswald. You will find him at the shipyard with three accomplices, including a gunslinger, investigating a corpse. Make sure the gunslinger’s attention has been diverted, and then take our Presswald.

Your next target is Mountain Phil, featured in the mission “A Cart full of Gunpowder.” You will find him hanging around a wooden platform near the railway tracks. Sneak up and dispatch him in the manner of your choosing. In the same mission, you will find your next Dev, Domlyn The Bass. Similar to Phil, he will be present on a wooden platform near the railway tracks. The only difference is that there will be a gunslinger patrolling near him. So take that into account as you move in for the kill. Your next target is Ramona The Dirty, featured in the mission “The Wages of Pain.” You will find her on the rooftop of a house near some railway tracks. It is fairly simple to take aim and shoot her from ground level. If you wish, you can also climb up and take her out using your fists. In the same mission, you will find the next Dev you must kill: Jones “The Lame” McCodings.
